Important Information regarding booking

The booking conditions are displayed on this web site and are available in printed or e-mail format on request from Marnee Holidays.  The Booking Conditions form the basis of any contract between Marnee Holidays, other owners and and person(s) making a reservation in mobile homes or any other accommodation.

Signing the booking form is acceptance of these conditions and you are strongly advised to read these conditions before entering into any contract.

Important Information regarding booking 

Owner Advertiser accommodation.

Marnee Holidays is part of The Marnee Partnership. We do not act as agents for owners advertising their own Holiday Homes on this site and we will not have seen the accommodation. We offer a medium by which owners can advertise their accommodation and booking should be arranged directly with them. If you need any information which is not provided in the advertisement, this should be requested from the owners.

Holiday makers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any statements contained in the advertisement, and that the accommodation is suitable for their needs. Any comments are those of the owners and are not necessarily those of Marnee Holidays which has no responsibility for the accuracy of any statements made.

Where an e-mail address is shown on the advertisement, this is the primary method of contact with the owners. If an e-mail address is not shown, then the next contact method is by Fax. Where neither of these methods is available, then your e-mail or Fax sent via Marnee Holidays will be passed on to the owners.

Any correspondence MUST state the reference number of the advertisement for the accommodation as this may be the only way of identifying to whom correspondence should be sent.

Deposits paid to owners are not normally returnable, except in instances where a booking can not be accepted by the owners for any reason.

All payments should be made directly to the owners.  You are strongly advised to read any booking conditions provided by Owner Advertisers before entering into any contract.
